Returns & Exchange Policy FFBM are committed to customer satisfaction.
There are no returns or exchanges on your Flip Flops by me and all sales are final. Exceptions are faulty items or product not assembled as per the customer instructions on FFBM website.
We want you to love your own creation and for it to fit you perfectly; to ensure satisfaction, please double check your selections and sizes, when customising your FFBM product.
What if I believe my product is faulty? If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at email@example.com. Faulty items will be assessed on a case by case basis. If your item is found to be faulty, we will send you a replacement item free of charge.
FFBM will arrange to collect any product that has been identified and assessed as a quality issue or which is not assembled as per the customer instruction on the FFBM website.
FFBM reserves the right to reject returns that we reasonably believe to be worn or damaged through improper use. If this is the case no refund or credit will be issued and the items will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
What happens to my return when it reaches FFBM? Once FFBM receive your returned/faulty product we will assess your claim within 7 days. If eligible, we will send you a coupon code to replace your item via flipflopsbyme.com
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Cancellation & Replacements All replacements will be at the discretion of customer support. As your product is customised according to your requirements, once payment is made cancellation is not possible.
